Delivery Policy

Processing your order

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (UK Bank Holidays excluded).

If your order is placed on a bank holiday, the order will not be processed until the Next Working Day.

Note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

For all orders placed between Monday and Friday, your order must be placed before 1.30 PM to be dispatched the same day.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.

If you have selected a tracked service, you will receive the relevant tracking details.

Please email [email protected] for any queries about your order or tracking details along with the details of your order and your order id.

Delivery services currently offered :

  • Standard Delivery : 2-5 working days
  • Next Day UK : 1 working day

Shipping is handled by our courier partners such as Royal Mail or Evri.

All shipping options will be provided during checkout and the customer can select one accordingly.

Right of cancellation

The UK’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with the right to cancel an order for products at anytime upto the end of the 7th working day following the day after the day you receive the products.

Customers do no need to give a reason for cancellation.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us with the details (include order id) to [email protected].

Until the products are returned, you must keep them in your possession and take good care of them.

Remember these products will be sold on to other customers, so please retain all the original packaging.

We will credit the price of the returned products once we have received the products.

Please allow 5 working days to inspect and process your refund.

Courier charges incurred by Axiom Sportz at the point of cancellation will not be credited.

Customers will pay for courier charges of the goods after cancelling an order.
